These Terms and Conditions of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of our website and the plumbing services provided by Masons Son Plumbing (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our", or "Masons Son Plumbing") in Hallandale Beach, FL, and surrounding areas. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing this website and/or requesting or receiving plumbing services from Masons Son Plumbing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services or access our website.
Masons Son Plumbing offers a range of professional plumbing services including, but not limited to, emergency plumbing, drain cleaning and repair, water heater services, leak detection and repair, pipe repair and replacement, and sewer and septic services. The specifics of the services rendered will be detailed in a service agreement or estimate provided to the client prior to commencement of work.
All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals. We strive to provide accurate diagnoses and effective solutions, but please note that unforeseen circumstances may arise during service, which will be communicated promptly.
All prices for services rendered are provided via an estimate or quote. Estimates are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. Prices quoted do not include taxes, permits, or other governmental fees unless explicitly stated.
Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards. A late fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law) may be applied to past-due accounts.
In the event of non-payment, Masons Son Plumbing reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including collections and filing a lien, to recover outstanding amounts. Standard hourly rates will apply for diagnostic work and any services performed outside the scope of the initial estimate, subject to client approval.
Clients are responsible for providing Masons Son Plumbing with access to the work area, including necessary utilities (water, electricity). Clients must also inform Masons Son Plumbing of any known pre-existing conditions, hazards, or concerns related to the property or plumbing system.
Masons Son Plumbing performs all services with the utmost care and professionalism. However, we cannot be held liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, unforeseen structural issues, or normal wear and tear of plumbing components. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services performed. We are not responsible for incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the performance or non-performance of our services, including but not limited to water damage, property damage, or business interruption, beyond the direct cost of repairing the identified plumbing issue.
We do not assume responsibility for damage caused by factors beyond our control, such as Acts of God (floods, earthquakes, etc.), vandalism, or improper use of plumbing fixtures by the client or third parties.
All content on the Masons Son Plumbing website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Masons Son Plumbing or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our website or service materials without our express written consent.
Either party may terminate the service agreement under certain conditions. Masons Son Plumbing reserves the right to terminate service if the client fails to adhere to these Terms, fails to make payments, or if the work environment is deemed unsafe. The client may terminate service, however, they may be responsible for the cost of work performed up to the point of termination and any associated cancellation fees.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within Broward County, Florida.
Masons Son Plumbing reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
